Who is eligible to invest with Calvary Capital?We work with accredited and non-accredited investors who are able to invest a minimum of $25,000 into an individual deal The SEC defines an accredited investor as either: an individual with gross income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years or joint income with a spouse or partner exceeding $300,000 for those years and a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year.

What am I investing in?Value-add multifamily properties in Phoenix, Area that are forecasted to bring in quarterly/monthly cash flow to each investor, as well as property appreciation. When you buy shares in one of our offerings, you become a direct equity owner of the LLC that owns the properties. Investing in yourself and your personal wealth.

Can I invest with my self directed IRA or other retirement account?Yes! We process capital investments through a wide selection of self directed retirement accounts.

Does any appreciation or losses get passed through to the investor?Yes! We typically perform cost segregation studies on all of our assets, allowing investors to benefit from bonus and accelerated depreciation.

How does investor reporting work?Investors will receive monthly email updates with key financial overviews, property specific updates, and benchmarks against target performance metrics.

Are there tax advantages?As a partner in our limited partnership, you will benefit from your portion of the investment’s deductions for property taxes, loan interest and depreciation which are the big ones. We perform a cost segregation analysis to accelerate depreciation, since we typically hold onto the asset for a longer period of time.
