Founded in 2023 by two former college baseball teammates, Calvary Capital prides itself on its attention to detail, personal touch, and unmatched work ethic it provides its stakeholders.

Brock Burton

Founder & Principal

Brock oversees investor relations, acquisitions, portfolio management, and investment management throughout the company. Prior to founding Calvary Capital, Brock has worked in business development, specifically within the multifamily industry for Radix. Brock attended Grand Canyon University where he competed as an NCAA Division 1 baseball player for 4 years. Upon graduation, Brock pursued a career in professional baseball. Brock is a Phoenix native and currently resides in Central Phoenix with his wife, Elise.

Nico Burgarello

Co-Founder & Principal

Nico oversees investor relations, acquisitions, portfolio management, and investment management throughout the company. Prior to founding Calvary Capital, Nico worked for Westlake Financial Services as a sales rep, analyzing underwriting and selling auto loans. Nico attended GCU for his first two years, followed by Dallas Baptist University where he competed as a NCAA Division 1 baseball player while obtaining his business undergrad and MBA. Nico is a Phoenix native and currently resides in Newport Beach, California with his wife, Madelyn.

Our Purpose

We have a heart for giving back and are committed to supporting causes that align with our values and mission. By creating stronger, healthier communities, we can improve the quality of life for our residents and generate long-term value for our investors.
